II. Marine conservation has become an international trend. How to use life experiences to participate in marine conservation affairs, thereby achieving the goal of a marine-friendly environment, and at the same time educating our next generation on how to care for marine life, to achieve the goal of sustainable use of marine environment and resources. Therefore, the Administration is holding its second Marine Conservation Creative Drama Competition, expecting all sectors to participate in marine conservation affairs through drama and creativity.

III. The event information is as follows:

(I) Event Time and Location:

1. Registration Period: From April 15, 112 (2023) to September 20, 112 (2023).

2. Preliminary Round: Early October, 112 (2023) (Announcement after online internal review).

3. Final Round: October 28, 112 (2023) (Zhi Shan Hall, Kaohsiung Cultural Center).

(II) Event Categories:

1. Student Group: High school and below (including high school) are classified as the student group.

2. General Group: High school and above are classified as the general group.

(III) Registration Method: This competition requires paper registration. Participating teams need to record a trial performance video. It is not necessary to perform the complete drama, but a complete performance segment of 3-5 minutes must be recorded. The video should be uploaded to YouTube first, and the URL should be attached to the paper registration form.

(IV) Total Prize Money: NT$500,000.
