I. To strengthen the science and technology literacy of students in elementary and junior high schools, the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Kaohsiung Normal University, National Taiwan Normal University, and National Science and Technology Museum to organize the aforementioned competition.

The competition aims to cultivate students' abilities in creative thinking, problem-solving, and computational thinking. The details of each competition group are as follows:

(I) "Life Technology Group": Preliminary competition will be organized by the Bureau of Education, and relevant information will be notified separately.

(II) "Information Technology Group": The Bureau of Education will recommend a representative team to participate in the national finals.

(III) "Technology Mission Group": Teachers and students in Taipei City can directly register to participate in the national preliminary competition.

III. Key information regarding the "Technology Mission Group" is summarized as follows:

(I) The theme for the 113 academic year is "Retrieval Helper."

(II) Preliminary competition:

1. Registration period: Sunday, December 1, 113, to Thursday, January 16, 114, until 5:00 PM.

2. Registration method: Register through the competition website.

3. Deadline for submitting the creative proposal: Thursday, February 6, 114, until 5:00 PM.

(III) Final competition:

1. Announcement date for the list of finalists: Wednesday, March 12, 114.

2. Deadline for member changes: Tuesday, March 18, 114, until 5:00 PM.
