II. Submission Information:

(I) Participants: Students of public and private elementary schools in Taipei City.

(II) Dates: From Friday, November 15, 2024, to Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

(III) Implementation Method: Students, accompanied by elders or family members, are to visit historical and cultural sites, traditional and contemporary art exhibition venues, architectural spaces, aesthetic environments, and other characteristic scenic spots that showcase Taipei's artistic and cultural aesthetics. They should then record a 3 to 5-minute video introducing these places through performance.

(IV) Categories: Upper elementary grades, Middle elementary grades.

(V) Submission Awards:

1. Special Award: 3 winners selected for each category, with each team receiving a NT$5,000 gift certificate and an individual certificate of merit.

2. Excellence Award: 3 winners selected for each category, with each team receiving a NT$3,000 gift certificate and an individual certificate of merit.

3. Honorable Mention Award: 5 winners selected for each category, with each team receiving a NT$2,000 gift certificate and an individual certificate of merit.

4. Selected Award: Individual certificates of merit awarded based on merit within each registered category.

Awards in all categories may be adjusted or withheld based on the quality of submitted works as decided by the review committee.
