I. Awards: First prize in each group is NT$12,000, second prize NT$7,500, third prize NT$4,500, honorable mention NT$2,000, and selected entries NT$1,000. All 246 award-winning students will receive a certificate of award, a physical copy of the selected works collection, and an e-book.
II. Selection Categories: Painting and Photography. Each category is divided into Junior, Intermediate, and Senior groups, with a total of 246 awardees. All awardees will receive a certificate of award, a physical copy of the selected works collection, an e-book, and the corresponding prize money.

IV. Regulations:
1. The theme of the submitted works is "My Happy Food Moments." The submitted works should focus on presenting scenes of spending quality time with family, including family meals, joyful gatherings, and cherished moments of cooking together. Both painting and photography must vividly showcase delicious food and close family relationships.
2. Submission Period: From now until April 20, 2025. (Based on the time of manuscript upload)
3. Registration Method: Online submission. For school or group (10 or more people) registrations, please call us for dedicated assistance.
4. Photography Category: File size limit is 5MB for JPG files. Text (200-300 characters) is required. Please fill in the text when uploading on the website.
5. Painting Category: Text is optional. Works can be scanned or photographed against a wall (avoiding flat surfaces to prevent shadows). Photos must be clear, with attention to horizontal alignment. Please ensure the background is free of clutter. Submissions that do not meet the review criteria will not be published on the website's front page. This year, submissions are accepted online; please do not mail physical copies. Submissions not made through the website will not be accepted.
6. If the specifications or grade level do not meet the requirements, no further notification will be given, and it will be considered a forfeiture.
7. AI-generated images are not permitted for submission; works must be original creations. If a submission is reported and proven to be created by someone else with concrete evidence, the participant's eligibility will be revoked, and any prizes or awards received will be reclaimed.
8. Please retain a copy of your submitted work for subsequent review and verification. Submitted works will not be returned, regardless of whether they are selected or not.
9. We kindly request your organization to encourage students to participate enthusiastically in this prestigious selection event and to announce the event regulations on your organization's website or bulletin board. We welcome the inclusion of this activity in winter break assignments to add a touch of happiness to the holiday and stimulate students' creative energy.
