To inform the "2025 National and County/City Elementary School Children's Dental Cleaning Micro-film Viewing Regulations" as amended by the Chinese Taipei Dental Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Dental Association").

I. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated March 27, 114 (2025), No. Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1140031353.

II. This Bureau previously forwarded the aforementioned regulations by letter dated March 17, 114 (2025), No. Bei Shi Jiao Ti Zi Di 1143046331, and requested active participation.

III. As there were errors in some parts of the aforementioned regulations, they are hereby corrected as follows:

(I) The online voting popular award, originally from "August 5, 114 (2025) (Tuesday) to September 8 (Monday) noon," has been corrected to "September 1, 114 (2025) (Monday) to September 30 (Tuesday) noon."

(II) The registration form in Attachment 1 has added the option "Document Submission Confirmation."

(III) The contact information for county/city dental associations and the Dental Association, originally "Ms. Du, contact person for Taitung County," has been corrected to "Ms. Du Leng, contact person for Taitung County."

IV. The Dental Association has posted the amended "2025 National and County/City Elementary School Children's Dental Cleaning Micro-film Viewing Regulations" on its website (http://www.cda. org.tw) under "Oral Health / Public Dental Health Activities of Various Associations."
