I. In accordance with the "Engineering Sustainability and Environmental Aesthetics Award" evaluation regulations of this society.
II. The "2025 Engineering Sustainability and Environmental Aesthetics Award" is divided into two categories: "Environmental and Ecological Category" and "Aesthetics and Landscape Category". The registration fee is
NT$40,000 per entry.
III. Eligibility for participation: Engineering projects that have been completed (completed construction, operation, or service provision) and have been completed for less than five years (from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2025), and the engineering project
(1) Demonstrates innovation, uniqueness, and challenge; (2) Conforms to principles of energy saving, carbon reduction, sustainable development, and ecological engineering; (3) Possesses special design and aesthetic qualities; and
(4) The same engineering project has not previously received the "Excellence" or "Merit" award in past "Engineering Environment and Beautification Awards" from this society.
IV. Participating units for application include all engineering project owners in the Republic of China (including private project owners), design units, professional construction management units (PCM),
supervision units, contracting manufacturers, operation and management units, etc., who may jointly or individually register.
V. Participating units of awarded engineering projects will be publicly recognized with certificates and medals at the society's 2025 Annual Conference (scheduled to be held on November 21, 2025, at the Grand City Hotel, Taipei),
with award presentations in the morning and presentations by winning projects in the afternoon. The awards will also be published in the society's newsletter and website.
