I. Purpose: To encourage students to create short videos on the theme of "Anti-Drug and Anti-Bullying" with thoughtfulness, creativity, observation, discussion, and brainstorming, uniting peer power to say no to drugs and bullying, and then using the created videos to advocate and promote the theme, making "students the best spokespersons for anti-drug and anti-bullying."
II. Video Themes, Types, and Presentation Methods:
1. Video Themes:
(1) "Anti-Drug": Focus on "New Generation Anti-Drug Strategies" and the content of preventing student drug abuse, such as a guide to preventing new drugs (drug disguise identification, recognizing help-seeking messages, establishing a supportive environment for those in recovery, and recent promotional focuses such as preventing marijuana, etomidate, and new drugs).
(2) "Anti-Bullying": Inspired by the issue of preventing school bullying, such as: methods of handling bullying, legal responsibilities for bullying behavior, recognizing help-seeking messages and reporting methods, how to repair peer relationships (e.g., restorative justice), to present the concept of preventing school bullying and fostering a friendly campus.
2. Types: Creative and positive videos, with a duration of 30 seconds (inclusive) to 5 minutes (inclusive).
III. Presentation Methods:
(1) No restrictions on expression forms and techniques; dramas, animations, and all types of videos are acceptable.
(2) Content must not involve specific commercial promotions, or plots and scenes that violate social customs.
(3) Avoid stigmatizing specific products (e.g., clearly filming specific brands of gummy bears).
Activity Registration Method and Process:
From now until June 6, 114 (Friday) at 3:00 PM, please visit the activity website (https://enc.moe.edu.tw/article/e481ac77-fe1c-42c9-b855-b14bdb9e0dbe/9d8da183-9959-49cb-a44d-1989ef1d3214; short URL: https://reurl.cc/kndDdx) to fill in the relevant registration information, upload the submitted video to the Youtube platform (please set it to unlisted first), and provide the link on the activity website to complete the registration.
