I. In accordance with the letter from the New Taipei City Government Police Department dated May 5, 114, New Taipei Police Women's Letter No. 1140863408.

II. Registration period for the aforementioned activity: From now until August 31, 114 (postmark date as the basis).

III. Eligibility:

(I) "Elementary School Poster Creation": Limited to students enrolled in national elementary schools in this city starting from September 114, divided into three groups: junior (grades 1 and 2), intermediate (grades 3 and 4), and senior (grades 5 and 6).

(II) "Photography Creation" and "Calligraphy Creation": Open to nationals registered in this country, regardless of age.

IV. Work Theme and Specifications:

(I) Theme: Should be related to the safety of women and children, such as the prevention of crimes like sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking and harassment, digital gender-based violence, child sexual exploitation, child abuse, and domestic violence. The content should be positive (protection, safeguarding, cherishing), warm, and harmonious.

(II) Details are as per the "Elementary School Poster Creation," "Photography Creation," and "Calligraphy Creation" competition rules.

V. Judging Rules:

(I) Judging Criteria: Scoring will be based on three items: theme expression (40%), creative expression (30%), and work quality (30%).

(II) Judging Process: The organizing unit will invite experts and scholars to form a judging committee for evaluation. Outstanding entries will be selected and ranked. If submitted works do not meet a certain standard, the judging committee may decide to leave the ranking vacant.

(III) Copyright: Winners must sign a copyright ownership transfer agreement with this bureau. The copyright ownership belongs to this bureau, and the moral rights of the author will not be exercised, but the author agrees to retain copies of the work.
