Announcement of Activity Center Venue Rental from November 111 to January 112

- In accordance with the Regulations for the Use and Management of Campus Facilities in Senior and Secondary Schools in Taipei City.
- In response to the long-term rental needs of the public renting our school's facilities, we have opened up bi-monthly rentals since the first semester of the 109th academic year. This period is from November 22, 111 to January 19, 112. (Rental periods: Monday to Friday 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM, Saturday 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM)
- The school's facilities are prioritized for school use. If the school has temporary activities on holidays or evenings, facility rentals will be suspended, and refunds will be processed according to the actual situation.
- Those who wish to apply for long-term rental should contact the General Affairs Office of our school before November 11, 111 to fill out the application form. If facility coordination is required, it will be held at the General Affairs Office of our school at 1:30 PM on November 14, 111.
- For sporadic facility rental needs, please go toTaipei City Government Public Facility Rental(https://service.gov.taipei/rental/) /Wenshan District/Shih Chien Primary School - Activity Center for online rental.
- For other facility rental matters, please contact Ms. Jia at the General Affairs Office at 29360725#147.
- In response toCOVID-19(Wuhan pneumonia)epidemic, renters are requested to cooperate with relevant epidemic prevention measures. Those who do not cooperate will be denied entry to the campus by the school. If the city government announces the suspension of campus opening, the school will immediately stop campus facility rentals and process refunds according to the actual usage.
