Graduation certificates are issued only once (awarded on the day of graduation). If a second copy of the "Graduation Certificate" is required, only a certificate of attendance can be provided.

If graduates of this school wish to apply for a certificate of attendance, there are two situations:

1. You area graduate before the year 2000 (R.O.C.):
   ※Note: Without repeating studies or other special circumstances, the date of birth is: before September 1, 1988 ~ August 31, 1989 (inclusive).
   Please fill out theApplication Form for Certificate of Attendance(see attachment).
   
   Please mail the completed form via "registered mail", "fax", or "email" to the Registration Section of our school, and then call to confirm receipt for review.
   As the system was not digitized before the year 2000 (R.O.C.), it takes longer to retrieve the required information, and the printing process takes at least 5 working days.
   
   The collection method is primarily for students (alumni) to pick up at our school. If you have other needs, please call to inquire.
   If the certificate is not collected by the student, the representative must bringLetter of Authorization for Collection by Representative(see attachment) and the representative's ID card.
    
2. You area graduate after the year 2000 (R.O.C.) (inclusive):
   Please fill out theApplication Form for Certificate of Attendance(see attachment).
   
   Please mail the completed form via "registered mail", "fax", or "email" to the Registration Section of our school, and then call to confirm receipt for review.
   The printing process takes at least 3 working days.
   
   The collection method is primarily for students (alumni) to pick up at our school. If you have other needs, please call to inquire.
   If the certificate is not collected by the student, the representative must bringLetter of Authorization for Collection by Representative(see attachment) and the representative's ID card or student ID.
