The procedure for applying for a new student ID card is as follows:

1. Students should go to the Academic Affairs Office to pick up the "Digital Student ID Card Application Form".
2. After filling it out, please submit it uniformly onWednesdaysto the Cashier Section of the General Affairs Office to pay the card production fee (currently $113, please prepare exact change in advance). The Cashier Section will keep the upper copy of the application form.
3. Please bring the lower copy of the application formandbe sure to submit it to the Registration Section of the Academic Affairs Office. The Registration Section will start producing the card only after receiving the lower copy.
4. Once the card is produced, the Registration Section will notify students to pick it up at the Academic Affairs Office.

Transfer students need to email their headshot to the Registration Section before their student ID card can be produced.
