I. Parents who wish to apply are requested to refer to the foundation's website and regulations.

II. The regulations are detailed in the attachment.

III. According to the letter No. 113007 from the Derong Social Welfare Foundation, Taipei, dated October 1, 113:

1. Starting from the 111 academic year, the scope of the "Derong Youth Education Project" scholarship has been expanded. Students approved by the foundation as "Derong Youth" will receive scholarship assistance each semester, and volunteers, mentors, or counselors will provide regular courses and holistic care for youth's academic learning and extracurricular life.
2. This project is open to elementary school (grades 5 and 6), junior high school, high school, and vocational school (grades 1, 2, and 3) students who are "affected by family economic disadvantage in their studies."
3. Approved students will receive NT$5,000 per semester for elementary and junior high school students, and NT$10,000 per semester for high school and vocational school students.
