I. Provide immediate financial support and comprehensive welfare services to individuals and families facing economic difficulties due to sudden emergencies.
II. Please refer to the following for relevant relief recipients:
- Those whose family life is in distress due to the death, disappearance, serious injury or illness of a family member, unemployment, or inability to work for other reasons.
- Cases reported for suicide due to economic factors.
- Members of vulnerable families reported due to economic factors.
- Those whose family life is in distress during the period when emergency living assistance has not yet been issued, due to domestic violence or sexual assault, and have been reported or placed in shelter.
- Those who have been reported for domestic violence incidents, issued protection orders, or had guardianship terminated, and are temporarily homeless due to economic factors, leading to distress in their living situation.
- Applicants for welfare programs whose family life is in distress during the period when approval has not yet been granted.
- Others whose family life is in distress due to encountering other unforeseen circumstances.
