1. On-campus registration date: From now untilApril 26 (Friday)inclusive.

2. Registration location: School Counseling Office (Counseling Section)

3. Eligibility:Fifth and sixth-grade students of this school.

4. Registration fee: NT$100 per person per day, based on the number of training days. Students from low-income or low-middle-income households may be exempted from payment (proof is required). Lunch will be provided during the training period. Once registered and admitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, regardless of participation.

5. Registration method and notes:
(1)Students should obtain the training camp registration form from the Counseling Office.(Registration form and filling example are detailed in Attachment 1 of this plan). After completing the form, please register at the Counseling Office.
(2) After collecting all registration forms, the Counseling Office will upload the school's registration data to the [Taipei City Junior High School Vocational Guidance Training Camp] website.
(3) Submit the activity fee (NT$100 per person per day) along with the registration form.
(4) At 12:00 PM on May 3, 2024 (Friday), the computer-assigned admission results will be announced on the [Taipei City Junior High School Vocational Guidance Training Camp] website. For those not admitted, the Counseling Office will process the refunds.

6. Notes:
(1) Only 27 groups are open for registration for upper elementary school students. Please refer to the camp numbers listed on the registration form in Attachment 1 and the camp information highlighted in yellow in Attachment 4 of the plan.
(2) Camp codes 102-116 are for half-day activities and do not include meals, so no fees are required.
