I. Award recipients:

(1) Volunteers from all national agencies, organizations, schools, legal persons, and government-registered groups who hold a "Volunteer Service Record Book".

(2) Individuals in society who are enthusiastic about public welfare, generous with their donations, and actively contribute to volunteer service funding.

(3) Individuals who have actually participated in volunteer service, made outstanding contributions, are widely acclaimed, and have concrete excellent deeds to support their nomination.

II. The recommendation period for this case is from June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, based on the postmark. Late submissions or incomplete documentation will not be accepted.

Please send 10 copies of the recommendation form (1 original, 9 copies, please photocopy yourself), along with 1 copy of the candidate's relevant materials, by registered mail to: The Republic of China Volunteer Service Association, 11th Floor, No. 140, Section 1, Zhongxiao East Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City.
