I. Purpose: The Ministry of Education, in order to encourage schools with distinctive characteristics in promoting character education, to inspire the comprehensive participation of teachers, parents, and students in shaping a campus culture of character, and to cultivate a high-quality campus culture of character through sharing the promotion experiences of various schools, hereby formulates this plan.
