(2) Training Location: North Building, 1st Floor, Main Office of Laosong Elementary School in this city (No. 64, Gulin Road, Wanhua District, Taipei City).

(3) Target Audience: This training program plans to admit 60 participants, selected through an application process. The priority order for admission is as follows:

1. Current instructors of courses at the city's lifelong learning centers or lifelong learning classes, with at least 1 year of teaching experience at lifelong learning centers or lifelong learning classes, who have not yet obtained the professional training for lifelong learning personnel from the Ministry of Education or regional lifelong learning support groups, and are recommended by the director of a lifelong learning center or lifelong learning class in this city.

2. Instructors teaching at other lifelong learning or elderly-related institutions, current faculty and staff of schools at all levels, retired civil servants and public employees, etc., who have expertise or professional certifications in the core curriculum areas of lifelong learning.

3. Individuals interested in becoming professional personnel for lifelong learning.
