II. The foundation was established after the passing of Director Chi Po-lin. Its purpose is to preserve the vast collection of images left behind by Director Chi and to continue his mission of protecting Taiwan's environment. Therefore, the promotion of environmental education is an important work item for the foundation. As a result, the only aerial photography image base in Taiwan, the "Chi Po-lin Space Exhibition Hall," was established in Tamsui District, New Taipei City, as a venue for environmental education. It passed the environmental education facility certification in 111 and was named the "Chi Po-lin Environmental Learning Center."

III. FamilyMart has partnered with the foundation to promote the aforementioned plan, inviting students from all over Taiwan to visit the foundation's exhibition hall to see Taiwan's landscapes and deepen environmental protection education.
