I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated March 13, 114 (2025), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Yuan Zi Di 1145700805.
II. To promote international exchange and cooperation, deepen international education curricula, enrich students' diverse learning resources, and connect with international mobility, the Ministry of Education has collaborated with Dinh Thien Ly Memorial School in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Thirty high school students from Vietnam will participate in exchange services with thirty students from the National Zengwen Agricultural and Industrial Vocational High School. Through one week of immersive English-Vietnamese language learning and diverse learning strategies, students will broaden their learning and international perspectives. The activities are briefly described as follows:
(I) Participants: 150 students from public and private schools nationwide, from the fifth grade of elementary school to the third grade of high school. Classes will be divided into groups, with a planned 10 classes, each with approximately 15 students. If the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment capacity, the following order of priority will be used for admission: 1. Children of new immigrants. 2. High school students studying Vietnamese or interested in Vietnamese. 3. Junior high school and upper elementary school students.

(III) Transportation: 1. Start of Camp: (1) By shuttle bus: Please gather at Exit 3 of Tainan High Speed Rail Station between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM on July 7, 114 (Monday). Latecomers will not be accommodated. (2) Self-transportation: Please report to Tainan University of Technology by 8:50 AM on July 7, 114 (Monday). 2. End of Camp: (1) By shuttle bus: The shuttle bus will transport participants to Tainan High Speed Rail Station by 5:00 PM on July 11, 114 (Friday). (2) Self-transportation: Please pick up participants from Tainan University of Technology by 4:00 PM on July 11, 114 (Friday).

(IV) Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM on May 30, 114 (Friday). Please register directly via the following link: https://reurl.cc/86d5bR.

(V) Camp fees are provided by the Ministry of Education, and the entire camp is free of charge (including materials, accommodation, transportation, insurance, and course fees). However, to cherish the funding and resources, please ensure you can participate for the entire duration before registering. Please do not withdraw casually after being accepted.
(VI) The list of accepted participants will be announced on the registration website by 12:00 PM on June 2, 114 (Monday), and accepted individuals will be notified via email and text message.
