I. Starting from the 110th academic year, parent-child binding applications will be processed through Cool English.

II. Starting from the 111th academic year,no paper application form is required, you can apply online with electronic signatureonline application + electronic signature!

III. Cool English:

Complete the steps in orderonline application + electronic signature (mouse signature can be used on the computer version)), after the mentor, registration office, or household registration office (parents and children must be registered in Taipei City for automatic linkage and review by the household registration office) completes the review, the parent-child binding will be completed.

• The applicant is the legal guardian of the student. A student can be bound to a maximum of 2 guardians for application.
• Parents who have already applied (already have a single identity verification account) can use their original account to perform parent-child binding for the student to be bound/new student in the Cool English APP.

IV. After applying for parent-child binding and passing the school's review, you can start using "Cool English"!

• Download the Cool English APP. In addition to the existing Taipei City Government Education Bureau campus payment system functions that can be directly linked (no need to remember passwords, the APP remembers for you, open the APP and enter payment with one click)
• You can use various functions such as grade inquiry, school arrival and departure swipe card notifications, campus payment schedule notifications, etc.!
