I. The Taipei Pass digital student ID issued by the city's Department of Education is a multifunctional card that integrates Taipei Pass, the Municipal Library's library card, and EasyCard, offering convenience and practicality. To improve the cashless environment in the city's smart campuses, the EasyCard function of the digital student ID was fully implemented for small purchases in cooperatives starting in 2018. In 2022, in collaboration with EasyCard Corporation, cashless top-up services were launched – EasyWallet "Tap to Top-up" and "Automatic Top-up" – allowing for cashless, contactless top-ups anytime, anywhere, which also reduces the chance of contact infection and protects children's health.

II. For the aforementioned services, parents can open the EasyCard top-up function in the EasyWallet APP to top up their digital student ID by tapping their phone; or they can bind their digital student ID to EasyWallet and set a monthly top-up limit. If the balance is insufficient when the child makes a purchase, the system will automatically top up the digital student ID, reducing the cumbersome procedures for students to top up cash at convenience stores or MRT stations.

III. Parents can complete the automatic top-up setup (binding their digital student ID EasyCard to EasyWallet) in 3 steps.
