2. Further to the explanation above, to prevent cluster infections of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (COVID-19, hereinafter referred to as "new coronavirus pneumonia"),

the centralized award ceremony for the Mayor's Award for the 110th academic year is hereby canceled. Awards will be presented publicly during the school's graduation ceremony to encourage students and serve as an example for others to emulate.

3. The list of recipients of the Mayor's Award for the 110th academic year is attached.

4. Award-winning students and their parents are requested to write[110th Academic Year Special Mayor's Award Acceptance Speech/Meritorious Deeds Form], and also complete thepaper [Parental Consent Form for Publication], andthe Meritorious Deeds Form should be sent as an electronic file via EMAIL to the Registrar's mailbox (zjps122@zjps.tp.edu.tw), please call the Registrar to confirm receipt after sending. The Parental Consent Form for Publication should be signed on paper and submitted to the Registrar. The deadline for both of the above isbefore the end of the workday on June 14, 111 (Tuesday), to facilitate subsequent operations by the school and the organizing school.5. The word count for the deeds form should not exceed A4 size as a principle. Please refer to the attachment for the relevant format.

6. To commend the award-winning students of the Mayor's Award, those who have obtained consent from their parents or guardians to publish their acceptance speeches/deeds forms will have their [Acceptance Speech/Deeds Form] posted on the Mayor's Award Deeds Publication website by the Education Bureau according to their wishes. We kindly invite award-winning students and their parents to visit the website for viewing (available from 6/24) and to watch the video from the Mayor of the city to the award-winning students.
