I. The Moxian Foundation for Social Welfare and Charity, in order to assist disadvantaged families who have lost parents or lack maternal love, and children and adolescents under 18 years of age, to obtain appropriate basic living needs such as education, support, medical care, and assistance, provides short-term, medium-term, and long-term assistance, with the aim of achieving phased overcoming of economic difficulties, hereby formulates these regulations.

III. The foundation will, based on the family's problems and needs, conduct actual investigations and assessments by its social workers. Approved cases will be subsidized by the foundation's staff who will visit the families to issue the subsidies.
