2. Sudden family economic changes: such as parents losing their jobs, divorce, or major accidents, leading to difficulties in life, studies, or medical care.
3. Requiring urgent assistance assessed by the homeroom teacher: Students who are not low-income or middle-low-income households and do not receive documented subsidies, but are genuinely poor due to family circumstances, unable to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees or lunch fees, and are assessed by the homeroom teacher as genuinely needing assistance.

(II) Application conditions and principles:

1.1. Applications must be submitted within six months of the emergency occurring, and assistance for the same item is generally provided once within six months of the incident.

2.2. Those who have received government or other unit subsidies in the current year must indicate this on the application form.

3.3. Supporting documents to be submitted with the application:
