(I) Competition Groups: Parent-Child Group (Elementary School, Kindergarten), Junior High School Group, Senior High School Group, University/College and Social Group, and Organization Group.

(II) Competition Theme: Creative reference elements include the Year of the Rabbit zodiac, Taiwan's glory, Taipei's glory, diversity and inclusion, sources of innovation, trendy technology, livable cities, etc., as the main themes for creative inspiration.

(III) Registration Method: From November 1, 2022 (Tuesday) to December 2, 2022 (Friday), please fill in the information on the registration website (https://2023lantern.tp.edu.tw), print the registration form, get it stamped, and mail it by registered post to "Director Lin Shichong, Fuan Junior High School, Taipei City, No. 250, Section 7, Yanping North Road, Shilin District, Taipei City 111076" (postmark as proof; late submissions will not be accepted).

(IV) Work Information and Image Upload: Registered participants can modify their work information and upload work images (finished products) before January 3, 2023 (Tuesday).

(V) Submission Time: From January 30, 2023 (Monday) to January 31, 2023 (Tuesday), from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Late submissions or those without prior registration will not be accepted for the competition.

(VI) Submission Location: 2023 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Taipei - Competition Lantern Area, to be received by the organizer (detailed location and related routes will be announced separately on the website).
