(1) Eligibility: Students currently enrolled in public and private senior high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools affiliated with this city, divided into elementary school group, junior high school group, and senior high/vocational school group, for a total of 3 groups.

(2) Theme:

1. Topic: Read news, prevent scams, let's praise it together.

2. Word count: Elementary school group 200 words or more, junior high school group 400 words or more, senior high/vocational school group 600 words or more, with a principle of not exceeding 1,000 words.

(3) Schedule: From now until November 30, 111 (Wednesday) at 5:00 PM. Students wishing to participate should submit their work along with the registration form to the Student Affairs Office, Student Guidance Section, for registration.

(4) Submission method: An initial evaluation will be conducted within the school, and 1 entry will be selected to participate (fully comprehensive high schools, junior high divisions, private high schools (including vocational divisions), junior high divisions, and elementary divisions will each recommend 1 entry).

(5) Awards:

(1) Special Award: 1 winner. Each winner will receive a certificate of commendation and a NT$3,000 gift voucher.

(2) Excellent Award: 3 winners. Each winner will receive a certificate of commendation and a NT$2,000 gift voucher.

(3) Honorable Mention: 5 winners. Each winner will receive a certificate of commendation and a NT$1,000 gift voucher.
