III. Participants: A total of 30 places are available. If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, participants will be selected in the following order.

(I) Teachers from Taipei Municipal School for the Deaf and key schools for the hearing impaired.

(II) Members of the individualized education program team for hearing-impaired students in this city.

(III) Teachers interested in the theme of this seminar.
