1. Students from impoverished families who wish to apply for sponsorship should complete the application form by March 2nd (Thursday) (fill it out according to the instructions), along with a photocopy of the student's post office passbook, a photocopy of the household registration, a 2-inch photo (write the school and name on the back, and clip it to the top left of the application form with a paperclip), and a photocopy of the low-income or middle-low-income household certificate (if you do not have one, please apply for a personal income statement for the student's parents or main caregiver for the most recent year from the National Taxation Bureau). Submit these to the registration office for assistance with stamping and mailing the application.

2. Individuals and groups willing to join the Taipei City Government Education Bureau's Foundation for Assisting Impoverished Students as sponsors can download and fill out the "Sponsorship Intention and Donation Method Survey" and email, fax, or mail it to the Foundation for Assisting Impoverished Students of the Taipei City Government Education Bureau.
