1. Registration period: From now until March 17, 112, through the New Residents and their Children Empowerment and Scholarship (Aid) System (hereinafter referred to as the System, website: https://sp.immigration.gov.tw)

Complete the online application, download the application form with a serial number and the application list from the system, and mail them with relevant supporting documents to the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior before March 27, 112.

(10066 Taipei City, Zhongzheng District, Guangzhou Street No. 15, Immigration Affairs Group, Section Chief Wang Yu-ting) for processing, based on the postmark. Late submissions will not be accepted.

2. Announcement of awardees: Expected by the end of May, 112.
3. Eligibility: New residents and their children.

4. Awards and amounts issued
(1) Includes special talent scholarships for children of new residents, Presidential Education Awards, scholarships (aid) for outstanding and needy new residents and their children, and certification awards for new residents.
(2) Amount issued: Scholarship (aid) amounts ranging from NT$2,000 to NT$30,000 will be awarded based on the applied award category.
