I. To cultivate emerging young directors and film production talents in Taiwan, our association and the ASUS Foundation have jointly organized the "Touching Moments National Campus Short Film Competition" for many years. This year marks the 14th edition of the event, calling on students across the country to unleash their youthful imaging power and creativity. We hope to create an annual grand event for student film submissions, using the power of imagery to exert influence. The "14th Touching Moments" competition is seeking short films ranging from 99 seconds to 3 minutes, with a top prize of NT$100,000.

II. Attached is an electronic copy of the "14th Touching Moments" event poster (a physical poster will also be mailed to your institution). We kindly request that you post it on the school bulletin board and the school's official website. III. This year, we have specially planned "Imaging Power Campus Roadshows," inviting outstanding professionals from the film and television industry or past winners of Touching Moments to visit campuses for exchanges and interactions with students, sharing their creative insights and practical experiences. Schools interested in participating are welcome to register.
