I. In accordance with the letter No. 1123001789 of the Indigenous Peoples Commission of this Government dated March 8, 112. II. The Council of Indigenous Peoples of the Central Government, in order to encourage various ethnic groups to promote the formation of indigenous language families, reward mothers who are dedicated to the inheritance and promotion of indigenous languages, and to commend them before Mother's Day, has specially organized this project. III. This project will be initially reviewed by each local government after receiving the applications, and the outstanding ones will be reported to the central government for re-evaluation. Winners will be publicly commended with a prize of NT$10,000, a certificate of award, and a trophy. The submission requirements are as follows: (1) The submitted materials should not exceed 10 pages in principle (excluding supporting materials); photocopied documents should be on A4 size paper, and the documents should be neatly bound; photos should be in 4x6 format and include captions. (2) If any of the specific deeds submitted by the winners are found to be forged, altered, inconsistent with the identity requirements, contain false information, or violate the Copyright Law or other laws and regulations, the Council may, after confirming the facts, revoke their award qualifications and demand the return of the awarded certificate and trophy. (3) Applications from this city should be sent by registered mail to "Mr. Liu, Indigenous Peoples Commission, Taipei City Government, Education and Culture Group (5th Floor, Taipei Discovery Center, No. 1, City Hall Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City 110204)" before March 26, 112 (postmark date) for initial review. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please mark "Implementation Plan for Awarding and Promoting Indigenous Language Model Mothers in 112" on the cover. Furthermore, all submitted materials and photos will not be returned, so please keep copies for your records.
