Kinsan Foundation for Education and Culture "2023 Carbon Reduction Challenge" Activity Information

I. The King Car Cultural and Educational Foundation has been organizing the "Carbon Reduction Challenge" since 2016, encouraging students to implement carbon reduction practices in their daily lives. Through simple task challenges, the initiative instills the concept of environmental protection in their hearts. As of 2022, nearly 75,000 teachers, students, and groups have participated, collectively reducing 800,000 kilograms of carbon emissions for the planet.

II. Target Audience: Classes and clubs from elementary to high school are eligible to apply, with a supervising teacher required to assist in the project's execution.

III. Application Period: From now until November 30th. Multiple applications are permitted.

IV. Participation Method:

(I) Registration: Apply on the foundation's official website.

(II) Material Provision: Teaching guidance presentation, worksheets, and challenge cards (hard copy or electronic file) will be provided.

(III) Action Participation: Each challenger will record their carbon reduction actions for seven consecutive days.

(IV) Results Submission: Participating units are required to submit their carbon reduction data and activity records (at least 5 photos, with a total upload file size limit of 10MB).

(V) Upon submission of relevant results by the activity leader, the foundation will provide the following incentives:

1. Each challenger will receive an electronic participation certificate.

2. The supervising teacher will receive an electronic leadership certificate.
