The "2023 Taiwan International Children's Online Film Festival," hosted by Public Television Service (PTS), has been available for free online screening on PTS's "PTS+ " video platform since March 8th. The two-year curation period breaks through spatial and temporal limitations, allowing children and adults to enjoy high-quality entertainment without leaving home. II. This year's film festival, with "Mood Air Raid Shelter" as the annual theme, features 13 selected films from around the world. The film list is divided into thematic units, enabling children and adults to find the most suitable films for themselves, including: "Parachutes in the War Zone" to witness children growing up amidst the ravages of war; "Family Projector" to explore the challenges and pain that family life may face; "Courage Signal Flares" to see them shine while pursuing their dreams; and "Brain Cell Flip" to unleash wild and fantastical ideas! "Mood Air Raid Shelter" not only focuses on global war issues but also discusses family relationships and emotional processing. In addition to providing free viewing of high-quality films, the "PTS+" video platform also offers free access to 190 films from around the globe, integrating opening and closing films from previous children's film festivals and selected works, "Young Directors, Big Dreams" past works, and PTS co-produced children's and youth programs. The film genres cover animation, drama, documentaries, and television programs, with over 190 selected new and old films of various lengths. V.
