I. In accordance with the letter from the National and Preschool Education Administration of the Ministry of Education dated March 13, 112 (2023), No. Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1120033648.

II. The Dongmao Mountain black bear was originally an individual fitted with a radio collar for research by the Forestry Bureau's Dongshi Forest District Office in November 107 (2018). After being rescued and released twice, it was unfortunately killed on May 9, 111 (2022). The Bureau commissioned Daoqi Global Communication Co., Ltd. to present the complete story of the Dongmao Mountain black bear's encounter in the form of a documentary. Through the perspective of mountain residents, it reflects on the rational interaction between humans and bears, and includes the emotional stories of the on-site personnel during the care and tracking process. It faithfully presents the efforts of various public and private sectors in the conservation of Taiwan black bears, and also allows the public to reflect on how to coexist rationally with wild animals.

III. The aforementioned film will be publicly broadcast on the Forestry Bureau's "Forest Living Information Station" YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@user-bt2vl3xt7e/videos) starting from March 17, 112 (2023), for the public to watch at their convenience.

IV. In order to accelerate the promotion of Taiwan black bear conservation and the emergency hotline for endangered species rescue, the Forestry Bureau has simplified the authorization procedures for public broadcasting of this film. Government agencies (institutions), public and private academic institutions, libraries, legally registered non-profit organizations, companies, bookstores, etc., can directly use the Forestry Bureau's "Forest Living Information Station" YouTube channel for public broadcasting for non-profit purposes (no charge), without needing to apply for authorization from the Bureau.
