II. The second phase of "112 National and Junior High School Female Menstrual Product Subsidy Program" vouchers will be distributed on April 1, 112, and will be valid for redemption until May 31, 112.

III. The redemption methods and procedures are summarized as follows:

(I) Eligibility: Female students in grades 5 to 9 of national and junior high schools in this city.

(II) Distribution Date: Distributed on the 1st of each month.

(III) How to receive vouchers: Log in to Cool Class Cloud using the student's personal account and password or the parent's account and password that has completed parent-child binding to receive them (for operating instructions, please refer to the attachment).

(IV) How to use: Two vouchers per month, each worth NT$100. Each voucher can be used to redeem one designated menstrual product. No price difference will be refunded or change given. It cannot be used in conjunction with other in-store promotional offers.

(V) Validity Period: Vouchers are valid for 2 months. Vouchers for April are valid from April 1 to May 31.

(VI) Redemption Channels: Hi-Life convenience stores, 7-ELEVEN convenience stores, and FamilyMart convenience stores nationwide. You can choose a different redemption channel when collecting vouchers each month, but once selected, it cannot be changed for the current period.

(VII) Operating Instructions (Recently, many public complaints have been due to operational errors. Please strengthen publicity. For steps, please refer to the attachment):

1. Using a computer: Log in to Cool Class Cloud to print vouchers. If students have difficulties, please ask your school to assist students in using school computers and printers.

2. Using a mobile phone: Log in to the Cool Class APP and display the voucher barcode.

3. Print a receipt at a convenience store: Remember the barcode serial number of the voucher and print a receipt using the multimedia kiosk at the convenience store.

4. Redeemable items: Each convenience store offers more than 10 types of redeemable menstrual products. Please read the instructions on the voucher carefully. Designated products are not available for redemption.

5. Precautions: Barcodes become invalid once scanned. If a store employee cancels a transaction, it cannot be restored. Please remind parents to pay close attention.
