I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1120039018 dated April 12, 2023.

II. To enhance the content of outdoor education courses, the Ministry of Education, in conjunction with the Executive Yuan's Environmental Protection Administration, Council of Agriculture, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Hakka Affairs Council, Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Construction and Planning Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, Taiwan Thousand-Mile Trail Association, and Homemakers Union Foundation, has planned the "2023 Cross-Agency Island-Wide Outdoor Education Season." Approximately 310 activities scheduled from April to August 2023 have been compiled and announced on the Ministry of Education's Outdoor Education Resource Platform (https://outdoor.moe.edu.tw). The activities are diverse and open to students, families, and the general public.

III. To encourage more teachers and students to showcase their creativity and the spirit of outdoor education, the aforementioned video linkage activity is being organized, with the following details:

(I) Participants: Teachers (including full-time, part-time, and substitute teachers), teaching support staff, etc., from senior high schools (and below) nationwide.

(II) Activity Period: From the date of announcement until September 5, 2023 (Tuesday).

(III) Video Content: Select venues listed in the "2023 Outdoor Education Season" section of the Ministry of Education's Outdoor Education Resource Platform to plan outdoor education courses, and record learning experiences through videos ranging from 3 to 8 minutes.

(IV) Rewards: Participants who submit video works during the activity period will receive a set of exquisite gifts. Outstanding works (approximately 20 sets) that comply with the video content and format requirements stipulated in Article 6 of the activity guidelines will receive a gift certificate worth NT$5,000.
