II. Smoking rooms shall be inspected and certified by personnel holding equivalent professional or technical licenses as announced by the former Department of Health, Executive Yuan on September 18, 97 (2008), No. Shoushuoguozi No. 0970700607. The certificate of qualification shall be renewed according to the regulations upon expiration of the 2-year validity period.
