To improve the design capabilities of scout educators in diversified curriculum and teaching, strengthen their knowledge in student potential development, exploration, and character education; cultivate the leadership skills of scout teachers to actively organize scout training and activities, and improve the administrative efficiency of scout troops; train scout seed teachers in various counties and cities to conduct scout professional development and improvement courses in their respective areas, thereby strengthening the function of assisting schools and communities in the region to integrate, in order to achieve the educational goal of "adapting to individual talents and developing potential" in the twelve-year basic education, the aforementioned training activities are hereby organized.

(II) Activity Location: National Penghu Marine and Fisheries Vocational High School (No. 63, Minzu Road, Magong City, Penghu County).
