1. According to Article 5 of the Taipei City Volunteer Service Award Regulations: "Volunteers who have accumulated more than 600 hours of service in this city and hold a certificate of volunteer service performance shall be awarded a certificate and prize for volunteer service contribution." Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the same regulations stipulates: "Those who are awarded the Volunteer Service Contribution Award may receive the award only once."

2. This unit can only issue certificates for volunteer service hours at our unit. If a volunteer serves in other units in this city, performance certificates must be issued separately by each respective unit, and this unit will apply for them uniformly. Please also note that "volunteer training hours" and "service hours issued by the neighborhood office" are not included in the calculation of service hours.

3. The start and end dates for the calculation of volunteer service hours are from January 22, 2001, to April 30, 2023. Please detail the start and end dates of service on the performance certificate.

4. Please submit it to the Data Group of the Counseling Office before May 25.
