To commend outstanding groups and individuals with outstanding performance in social education promotion, the Ministry of Education has, since 1975, selected groups and individuals who have made significant contributions to social education annually in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned implementation guidelines, and has held award ceremonies. (III) Letter of commitment. (IV) Consent form for the recommended individual. (V) Data form (do not embed photos in the Word file) and electronic files of supporting materials. (VI) Electronic files of photos, please pay attention to the resolution and attach descriptive text: 1. Individual: 1 front-facing personal photo, 5 photos of participation in activities. 2. Group: 6 photos of group activities, 1 AI file of the group's logo.
