The purpose of this program is for the Ministry of Education to strengthen the concept of lifelong learning among the public and encourage people nationwide to participate in the selection of lifelong learning role models, thereby promoting the development of a learning society. We kindly request all levels of agencies, schools, and organizations in this city to enthusiastically recommend outstanding lifelong learners. The qualifications for nominees are as follows:
(1) Individuals aged 18 and above who are not currently enrolled in a formal academic program, have participated in lifelong learning activities for over 5 years, have developed their personal careers, strive for self-realization, and serve as learning exemplars.
(2) Individuals who continuously engage in lifelong learning, adapt to societal changes, effectively utilize learning resources, are enthusiastic about sharing their learning experiences, and have achieved outstanding results.
(3) To widely promote the concept of lifelong learning and uphold the principle of fairness, individuals who have previously received national lifelong learning role model awards are not eligible to reapply.
