1. The application period is from now untilSeptember 1, 112 (Friday)inclusive. Late applications will not be accepted, to facilitate the preliminary review and submission process by our school.

2. Please complete the attached forms and submit them along with photocopies of relevant supporting documents to the Registration Office of our school. (Please ensure the photocopy of household registration information is A4 size)

3. Our school has 5 recommendation slots. If more than five people apply by our school's deadline, the top five students based on academic performance will be recommended.
