Teachers related to visually impaired education in this city, including teachers from the Taipei School for the Visually Impaired, teachers from key schools for the visually impaired (resource classes), itinerant teachers for the visually impaired, and special education assistants for visually impaired students.

2. Teachers and therapists in this city who are interested in the content of this workshop.
