To promote food and agriculture education, the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan has established the "Food and Agriculture Education Information Integration Platform" (website: https://fae.coa.gov.tw/). This platform provides teaching resources for food and agriculture education, including lesson plans, teaching materials, knowledge, venues, and related websites. It also features the "Taiwan Agricultural Products Map" unit, which includes nine major sections: Understanding Agricultural Products, Local Characteristics, Understanding Production Areas, Production Methods, Nutritional Content, Selection and Preservation, Cooking and Processing, Food Culture, and Agricultural Fun. This information on local agriculture and characteristic culture is presented in an easy-to-understand manner. Please make good use of it.

3. To promote the application of the content in the "Taiwan Agricultural Products Map" unit, the Council will hold the aforementioned event from June 26 to August 27, 112 (website: https://fae.coa. gov. tw/2023event/). You are welcome to participate.
