(1) Outstanding Volunteer Golden Diamond Award: Volunteers belonging to or affiliated with civil volunteer service units legally registered by the competent authorities of this government, who have continuously participated in volunteer service in this city for more than 3 years and accumulated over 600 service hours, have never received this award, have no criminal record with a final judgment, and have proactively and innovatively improved the quality and image of volunteer service with concrete achievements. (2) Outstanding Volunteer Team Golden Diamond Award: Volunteer teams belonging to or affiliated with civil volunteer service units legally registered by the competent authorities of this government, which have been established for more than 3 years, have more than 15 members, have a 100% volunteer accident insurance coverage rate, a 100% volunteer service record book issuance rate, sound organizational functions and complete training, and have achieved significant performance in service achievements, team spirit, and special contributions. (3) Outstanding Volunteer Family Golden Diamond Award: Two or more volunteers with blood, affinity, or cohabiting financial kinship relations, who are all volunteers of volunteer service units in this city, have served as volunteers in this city for more than 3 years and accumulated over 600 service hours each, hold volunteer certificates and volunteer service record books, and have concrete outstanding service deeds. 3. Please submit recommendation data through the City Volunteer Management Integration Platform (https://cv101.gov.taipei/) by July 15, 112 (Saturday). If the submitted data is incorrect and returned by this bureau, please complete the correction and resubmit within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the return notification. Late submissions will be considered as cancellation of the application.
