"2023 Little Chef Culinary Championship"

I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education, National and Preschool Education Administration's letter dated July 24, 112, No. 1120095580.

II. The activity details are as follows:

(I) Competition Theme: Little Chef's Signature Dish

(II) Participants: Children and teenagers aged 8-15 from elementary and junior high schools across Taiwan who love cooking and creative cuisine. Each team consists of 2 chefs.

(III) Competition Categories: 1. Noodle Creative Competition Group: Dumplings + Chinese Dim Sum 2. Rice Creative Competition Group: Fried Rice or Oil Rice + Chinese Dim Sum

(IV) Schedule: Preliminary written submission deadline is from now until October 31, 112 (Tuesday) at 5:00 PM. Finals and Award Ceremony will be held on December 9, 112 (Saturday) at the Grain Research Institute for on-site practical competition.

(V) Competition Prizes: Champions, runners-up, third place, and honorable mentions will be awarded scholarships ranging from NT$1,500 to NT$6,000, medals, certificates, and travel and accommodation subsidies.
