I. In accordance with the resolution of the 112th Dengue Fever Response Meeting held by this government on August 9, 112.

II. The recent dengue fever epidemic in the country is severe, and the number of people traveling abroad is higher than during the COVID-19 pandemic, with imported cases showing an upward trend. As of August 14, 112, there have been 1,611 dengue fever cases nationwide, including 1,509 local cases and 102 imported cases. Our city has 19 confirmed cases, including 1 local case and 18 imported cases.

III. The public is urged to raise awareness of dengue fever prevention and control, implement "inspect, empty, clear, scrub," actively eliminate breeding sources, and improve mosquito repellent skills. Administrative agencies shall strengthen the elimination of breeding sources and inspections in areas under their jurisdiction such as garden bases, construction sites, vacant houses and lots, high-risk areas, mountain trails, markets, campuses, and parks, which are high-risk areas for dengue fever. Regular inspections and elimination of standing water containers in office spaces will be conducted to prevent the expansion of dengue fever epidemic in our city.
