The foundation aims to promote science and technology education, food and agriculture education, and sustainable development, and continues to cultivate seed teachers in food education and deepen the culture of healthy eating. Activities organized in the 112 academic year include the "2023 Little Chef Culinary Competition", "Food Education Seed Lucky Bags", and the "21st Yuxiu Cup Dynamic Image Shooting Project".
