"2023 Marine Conservation Creative Drama Competition"

I. In accordance with the letter from the Marine Conservation Administration, Marine Affairs Bureau, dated September 5, 112 (2023), Ref. No. H.B. ZONG No. 11200089531, and the follow-up letter from this Bureau dated April 20, 112 (2023), Ref. No. B.J. JIAO GUO No. 1120114787.

II. To expand the promotion of marine conservation education, the Administration is organizing the aforementioned competition in 112 (2023) and has invited the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, and the Ministry of Agriculture to serve as guiding units. It is hoped that people from different fields will participate and use their creative thinking to interpret "Giving the Ocean a Future" in diverse forms. Teams are welcome to register and participate in the competition.

III. The important information for the aforementioned activity is as follows:

(I) Activity Theme: Giving the Ocean a Future.

(II) Registration Period: From April 15, 112 (2023) to September 28 (Thursday).

(III) Registration Method: 1. Record a 3-5 minute highlight (or excerpt) of a creative drama competition video. 2. Upload the video to the Youtube platform. 3. Fill out the written registration form and mail the registration information to the activity team, 6th Floor, Lane 24, Section 3, Ren'ai Road, Daan District, Taipei City (Chung Tze Public Relations Consulting Co., Ltd. Activity Team).

(IV) Competition Method: The presentation will be in the form of drama performance. Any form of drama presentation is acceptable, such as stage plays, shadow puppetry, glove puppetry, or other forms are welcome to register.

(V) Target Audience: 1. General Group: University students and above, and the general public. 2. Student Group: High school (vocational) and below.

(VI) Prize Money: Total prize money of NT$500,000.

IV. The works of each participating team will be reviewed in early October to select 12 teams from the student group and 8 teams from the general group for the finals. The finals and awards ceremony will be held on October 28 (Saturday) at the Chi-Shan Hall, Kaohsiung Cultural Center.
