I. Class Time: October 14, 112 - November 26 (Phase 1) March 9, 113 - May 19 (Phase 2, tentative)

II. Class Location: Classroom R112, Boai Building, National Taiwan Normal University (If there are any changes, they will be announced with the admission list)

III. Participants: (20 principal candidates, if fewer than 10 participants, the class will not be held, and 5 backup candidates)

1. Current qualified teachers of regular classes in public and private high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens (priority will be given to those with visually impaired students in their classes)

2. Qualified special education teachers (encouraged to participate in the 20-credit specialized summer program for the visually impaired)

3. Current substitute and temporary teachers in special education classes

4. Full-time personnel in university resource rooms

5. Parents of visually impaired students

6. Full-time personnel in private organizations for the visually impaired

7. Special education intern teachers
